• Progressive EZ Link Thumb

  Pin-on thumb with innovative progressive linkage design. The EZ Link Thumb keeps its cylinder rod protected by placing it up & away from potential contact with handled material while maintaining a full transfer of force to the thumb. The unique positioning of the cylinder rod keeps it from being damaged, resulting in lower cost to own and operate.

• Pin-On Hydraulic Thumb

  Heavy duty hydraulic cylinder allows operator to maneuver material toward the bucket and improves safety by eliminating manual adjustment.

• Pin-On Stiff-Arm Thumb

  Rigid-link connection between the thumb body and stick. Pivots on front ear pin. Manually adjustable to three different working angles with a fourth position for stowing out of the way when not in use.

• Weld-On Hydraulic Thumb

  ACS Weld-On Hydraulic Thumbs are designed to be universal — one thumb will install on any model excavator within the same class size. This cuts the cost of customization out of the manufacturing process and provides a quality built thumb at significant savings.

• Weld-On Stiff-Arm Thumb

  Will install on any model excavator within the same class size. Installer customizes tooth interlace design on-site. Rigid-link connection between the thumb body and stick. No hydraulics required. Pivots on pin welded to front of the excavator stick. Manually adjustable to four positions. Not compatible with coupler-equipped machines.
